Climate Watch NDC Tracker (2025 NDCs)

For each UNFCCC Party: whether it has submitted a 2025 NDC and when, with a link to the document on the UNFCCC registry, and Climate Watch's coding of what the new NDC contains: a 2035 greenhouse gas target, an economy-wide target, a quantified non-CO2 target, a strengthened 2030 target, strengthened adaptation, and added clarity and transparency information. Also the latest submission of any kind and Paris Agreement ratification status. Qualitative labels coded by WRI from the NDC texts; the EU's single NDC appears both for the EU and for each member state.
